Applying to Oxford by the March deadline

I see that Oxford has 3 deadlines and the latest one is on March 10th. Is it worth applying now? Would most of the seats be filled by the first two deadlines or do they reserve a certain number of seats for each deadline? Also, how hard is it to get into Oxford compared to US universities? Is it comparable to Harvard/Princeton or is it somewhat easier than them? I see that Oxford has a larger number of seats compared to those universities but is this significant?
