Which of these programs for dynamical systems?

Out of the following departments, which of them would you consider to be good graduate programs for me to look at if I were interested in dynamical systems? If none of them are particularly good programs for dynamical systems, which ones would you suggest instead?

Boston University Mathematics

Brown Applied Mathematics

Cornell Applied Mathematics

Georgia Tech Mathematics

Indiana University Mathematics

Penn State Mathematics

I don't know about the other programs but Penn State has Dmitry Burago working on dynamical systems and he is very strong. So if you're interested in dynamical systems you should look him up, I think it is worth applying to Penn State to work with him.

Can you please be more specific about what you mean by dynamical systems? This phrase can mean a lot of different things: e.g. applied math, abstract topological dynamics, ergodic theory...

Most of the dynamical systems courses I've had so far have been pretty much limited to phase space topology of ODEs, but I'm also interested in the behavior of PDEs and more generally in mathematical physics (so, Hamiltonian systems, chaos theory, etc.).
