Rutgers v.s. Wisconsin-Madison

I am deciding between those two schools.

1.Rutgers is certainly more analytic than Wisconsin

2.Rutgers offers more stipend than Wisconsin and the location is better

3.Wisconsin has a better overall reputation than Rutgers, but I do not know how much this matters to people.
