Translation of transcripts

Hey Guys !
I wanted to know if some people have experience with having their international transcripts translated to english to apply to phD programs in the US.
I can find a lot of companies that offer this service online but really don't know if it's any good or even if it's certified.

Anyone have done this in the past ?
