B.Sc.
School: Top 5 in my country
GPA: 3.5

M.Sc.
School: Top 10 in my country
GPA: 4

GRE:
V: 138 (For some reason, I missed a whole verbal section)
Q: 164

I was the top student in my class at the master.
I was a Resident Assistant for two semesters and a Teacher Assistant for two courses.
My interests are operator algebra, K-Theory and noncommutative geometry.

Do I have a chance getting into a Ph.D. program? :?:

I know nothing about admission, but if I were you, I would schedule for anther test ASAP, explain the issue somewhere in the application and tell them a new result will be submitted ASAP, and submit the new result even after the due date.

The only problem is the verbal score, but I don't know how bad of an effect it would have. Also, it would really help if you took the Mathematics GRE and do well.
