Should I send my regular GRE scores if my verbal was higher than quant?

I'm applying to PhD programs in applied mathematics, but my GRE scores were 169 verbal, 164 quant.
That's not a great quantitative score but a pretty good verbal score, so should I send it to programs or hold back?
I'm also planning on taking the subject test soon, so hopefully I'll get a better score on that

Same here, I think I'm gonna submit only when required. Tbh not getting a 170 on quant for a math phd applicant is kinda embarrassing for me, I know grad students in english and geography departments who got 170 on quant gre
