Please help!!! which one should i take?

I took gre general exam twice.
the first one:Verbal 158; Quantitative 169; AW 3.0
the second one: Verbal 154; Quantitative 170; AW 4.0
So...which one should use to apply? which one is better then?

Use the second one, with the better writing score.

Send them both; Schools can look at scores individually for the GRE. We do at my institution.
